Returning to MyFitnessPal!

I'm back!!!! I had switched to WW for about a year - I get sloppy on that plan with fruit, vegetables being "zero points plus". I just ran my first half marathon last Sunday (I do a run-walk Galloway run and I'm slow) - but I joined the training program and trained for 4 months - guess how much weight I lost.....I gained about 4 pounds - just made running an excuse to eat more.

So - I have a Fitbit ordered and on it's way and I'm back to get my eating in check!!!!

    A Fitbit is a great idea - I've had one for close to two years and it's a great addition for tracking what you burn!
