Does anyone drink veggie or fruit smoothies regularly? I have heard of many health benefits of juicing for detoxing the body but thought smoothies would be a good way to get extra fibre too.
I also struggle to drink water which I keep reading I should be drinking more but I do eat a lot of fruit which contains water and also my pee is always pale in colour so I must be pretty hydrated?
Anyway, do you think smoothies would be good to add to a diet?

You can't detox because there isn't anything that needs detoxing. That's why you have organs to do that for you. Nothing wrong with smoothies but watch your calories. You can pack a lot of calories into a fruit smoothie. Juicing won't increase your fiber because you're throwing the fiber away.0
