I'm over my sugar limit every day, my daily limit is 31. Im always way over that. Does it make a difference to weightloss?

Not unless you have a medical condition such as diabetes.

This. I get 50 to 120 grams per day on average. It hasn't hindered my progress at all and it keeps me happy.

    Depends:
    who you are
    how old
what your sugar sources are from
whether or not you have any medical conditions etc.

    I'm 48/f
I limit added sugars, but don't worry about sugars from fruits (and vegetables)
When I say I limit added sugars I look for sugar (actual added sugar) in things like breads, pasta sauces, dressings etc.. I AVOID added sugars in things like cereal etc.
