We bought two thick pork chops yesterday -- weight a total (including bones) of 1.97 lbs. which is definitely more meat than we usually eat. So, should be have two nights of carving a single pork chop into slices for two or one night of meat-filled delirium? Decisions, decisions.

Take the pork off the bone and weigh it then. Bones weigh a lot and you dont eat them so you haven't got a true representation of how much meat you actually have.
Base your decision on that.0 -
