Hi All

I know that this should probably be under recipes, but I an not exactly sure how to post there yet. I have seen quite a few posts from people who say they just don't have time to cook ahead or grill batches of chicken, etc. I just wanted to share something that I do to make sure that I have clean, low fat chicken always available. I just take a super huge pack of chicken, clean it and throw it into the crock pot with onions, Mrs. Dash seasoning (or whatever seasoning you prefer) and low sodium organic chicken stock. Use enough stock to completely cover the chicken. The chicken is amazing. It is super moist (not dry like can sometimes happen on the grill) and can be used throughout the week for clean tacos, sandwiches, stir fry. You name it! Take it out of the crock pot, shred it and store it in the juice throughout the week. To start, just throw the chicken in before you go to work and by the time you come home, VOILA! I hope this is a blessing for someone. One less excuse not to follow your eating plan! God Bless and have a great day.
