I'm trying to figure out how to plan to build up my weight room. I was doing BFL-style lifting, and I only have up to 30lbs, which with NROLFW I am already pushing past in some moves, easy.
Can anyone give me an idea as to how heavy and what kinds of weights you would get to continue through NROLFW?
thanks!

This should give you a ballpark idea.

NROL could probably take you somewhere between Novice and Intermediate.0 -
