Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Maple Butter 127 cals
8 small or 4 large sweet potatoes
1/3 c. Maple syrup
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
kosher salt
Cut a slit in each potato and place on a baking sheet.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until cooked thoroughly.
Cook butter and maple syrup in a small sauce pan.
Drizzle a little syrup over each potato and sprinkle with salt.
