Alright people, I know most of you guys weigh in when you first wake up, before breakfast and after using the bathroom. But for some reason i'm usually at my heaviest in the morning. I retain a lot of water weight so my water weight sheds off at around the afternoon. usually around 3 pm.
Is it best to get a true representation of your weight weighing yourself after a workout (when your somewhat dehydrated considering you sweat out your water weight) or after your rehydrate yourself?
