Getting back into the swing of things :)

Hi everyone
I've had the app on my phone for a while but have never been onto this forum so this is new for me:)
I need a 'kick up the bum' to stick with this and get to my target weight.
I'm relatively active but depending on work etc I may not always exercise.
I want to add a few people to MFP keep me motivated if anyone has similar ideas?
My inspiration now is the 'little black dress' at chrimbo coming up and feeling confident after!!
