Hi all.
I've had an account for a while but only just started using it as it links in with digifit for my heart rate monitor (which is currently being replaced as it broke).
I'm in Australia, but from the uk originally.
My partner and I are planning to start a family next year, so I've been trying to get my body into shape before hand. This has mostly been from exercise as I am at a healthy bmi. All of my weight is around my stomach which is apparently the worst type you can have, and according to my new scales my body fat percentage is way too high, so from yesterday I'm restricting my calories too.
My exercising started probably two months ago, with a class a week (it has to be classes for motivation) and I'm up to at least three/four a week now.
Now, if I have this right... If I'm aiming for 1450 per day (something like that anyway), if I then burn off 300 calories I need to eat another 300 worth of calories to not slow weight loss. Have I got that right?
And if anyone else is similar to myself feel free to add me. I'd love some company on the journey. :-)
