Hi everyone. I currently swim three times a week doing around 3km per session and also try to run and bike once plus strength train three times. I am at goal weight and main focus now is improving swimming endurance and speed for competing.
I am starting to feel like I want a bit more variety and am on the hunt for more interesting exercises or sports to challenge myself with. For the record I am 43 164cm and about 49kg. Something not requiring lots of financial expense but that's fun and challenging would be awesome.
What are some ideas??

Maybe train for a mud run or similar obstacle race? Those work a nice variety of skills & strengths.0
