Changing the start time?

Hello all,

Is there an option (that I can't see) in the settings to ammend when your day starts?

I ask this as I work nights. Effectively my day starts at 8pm (when I get up), I start work at 10pm and finish at 6am, and ends around 2pmish (when I usuaully get back in bed).
So currently when I add informtion of meals/exercise then the data is not going to be accurate as my day is not within the same 24 hours that the majority of people adhere to.

Hopefully this makes sense.

I just make breakfast whatever my first meal of the day is (when i get up). Even though it's before midnight, I put it as breakfast the next day. Then follow suit. I'm on nights too but only 4 days a week, so I just go back to regular days on my days off.

You could "artificially" do it by changing your time zone. Just make it 4 hours ahead of what it really is, so that your day will start at 8pm instead of midnight.

I just changed mine to 5 meals and a snack instead of breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I just list my diary as times. My day starts at 5-6 am and ends at 4-5 am. So, it's listed from 6-9:59, 10-12:59, 1-4:459, 5-7:59, 8-12:59, and 1-5:59.
