Starting Over Again feel like a broken record but hate saying it. I am almost 13 weeks post op from complete knee replacement and trying to get back to lifting. Had and eye opener tonight I have about a dozen shirts that almost fit but not yet. It was and eye opener cause I know because I know if I drop the weight they will fit.:noway:

You know that this is a hard journey but you can do it and you will wind up not fitting into those shirts but getting new smaller ones good luck and welcome back.:flowerforyou:0

Thank you. I keep coming back for more and refuse to give up on myself. I have started changing things up to day by doing prep to the harder stuff and put it in the fridge so I can grab and warm it up it and continue with the bigger things.0

A complete knee replacement is a big thing. Wonderful you have come this far. You have a great attitude, so I have no doubt you will reach your goals.0
