    I am 58. I have already lost 45lbs and am at the end of the weight loss part of it. I only have about 2 more pounds to lose and then it is on to maintenance and toning up for me. You can add me if you like.

    Hi, Ive lost 28 lbs by myself and then got stuck in a rut over the last two years. Would like to lose another 50 !. Perhaps we could encourage each other?
