29KG lost since Jan 18th

So I've not posted anything anywhere for a long time so here goes. I had been battling the weight problem of my life for the last 25yrs and read a lot of books did a lot of stop start but this year finally got it correct.

calories in vs Calories out with exercise equals weight loss feeling better and overall healthy feeling. I also read a book called thinner this year and it explains in plain English what really is good food to eat and what is bad.

The 3rd thing I'd like to mention is get support from your friends and get a plan get organized and don't give up.

    Very well done....I know exactly how you feel. I have shed 26kg and have maintained my weight for nigh on 2 years...Congratulations...:smile:
