So I'm a card dealer at a casino and the shift I work is second shift. Which means I work between 6pm to 4am. Is there anyone else out there working crazy shifts like me and if so what do you find most difficult about maintaining a healthy diet. Right now I think it's eating after work, cause I usually have some calories left over, and I'm hungry but I don't really want to cook anything at 3 in the morning.

    I work 11 PM to 7 AM at a hotel as the Night Auditor and I'm constantly battling snacks cravings. It's so easy to just pick something up from the lobby snack shop and the hours are so long it's 2nd nature to just munch.

    I started counting Carbs however, for the Dukan diet and that seems to be helping so far. I can eat protein and a lot of it, but it fills me up and keeps me that way for a while.
