Pretty much what the title says also what exercises would you recommend

I think your display photo should be whatever you want. If you're going to be self conscious over it and let it keep you from participating in discussions that are relevant to your interests, change it. If you don't care, keep it. It's your picture and as callous as it might sound, no body cares.0

I think you should keep it. I wish I was brave enough to post something similar! Two kids and 50 extra pounds is tough on the old self image

Suppose I could also offer some encouragement and advice... since you did ask two questions
Stick with what works! If you enjoy cardio and it works for you, keep it up. If you enjoy crunches, leg lifts, pushups, etc... keep it up. If you're looking for exercises specifically targeted to a certain body part, they're readily available in several places.0 -
I'd say keep it and update it every 3 months to see your progress.0
