Stronger!

My father found my dumbbell (9lb), I did 2 sets each hand 10 reps each, slow lifting. I know it's very little, but considering the last time I did something like that if was half the weight and not as dedicated (also it was about 3 years ago)
suddenly I feel stronger and I'm liking it! I'm glad I decided to do it a bit, feels good :3

just thought I would share... a little tip to whoever's doubting lifting: take a dumbbell and lift, it's fun!
