Tracking Sets / Reps for Cardio

I've been training for a while now, for Tough Mudder (coming up in ~3 weeks in Perth), especially over the last couple of weeks where I've kicked it up a fair bit.
The other day, a friend of mine (who is a PT) set up a fitness program for me, to help me get the maximum out of my final few weeks.
The trouble is... I'm not really sure how to track some of it in MFP
Here's an example: http://imgur.com/CILory7
The first 2 groups are easy enough - Have just put them under strength training
But the 'Core / Tabata circuit' and 'Cardio' sections, i'm not quite sure how to track...

I used to do that sort of thing as a separate day, find the general exercise that best fit what i was doing in MFP, and enter the total time I'd done it for (for example - 45mins of "Circuit Training" or 30 mins of "Running 5.3min / km", etc)

So my question is, how should I track 'sets and reps' of cardio exercises like these?

Any ideas? :)

    Hi

I use my Heart Rate Monitor (HRM) to track calories burned in a workout session, regardless of machine or exercise. I found that HRM with chest straps worked better for me

    Good luck in your journey
