I am new to myfitness. I have been on the site for 7 days and i love it. My goal is to just get more toned and stay in better shape by eating more healthy. I look forward to meeting some new people as well. Good luck to everyone and just remember to take everything one day at a time. If you fall, no problem, just get back up again. My motto, " there is no failure except in no longer trying."
