Body Revolution friends

Hey All,

I'm doing Body Revolution (on day 7), and looking for friends to go through it with.

I'm male, married, 42, 201 lbs, 5'7"- looking to lose 50 lbs and get in good shape.

My plan of attack is this:
1250 calories a day (tracked with MFP)
exercise every day (tracked with MFP for now, but I'm getting a BodyMedia Fit to track this- which integrates w/ MFP so I don't have to track activities.)

Feeling stronger already, and may start some running with that ' Zombies Run! 5k ' app for iphone too- (I'm a Walking Dead fan)

Anybody who wants to do either of these add me and we'll get a group going-

    Well i lot of people here are going to tell you that your calories are too low. Lets see.

    I'm starting week 3 tomorrow. On cardio days i run and i don't follow the meal plan, but feel free to add me if you want.
