Hi, just needed to clarify the reports. When working out my calorie deficit for the week so far am I looking at the report which is just "calories" or the one that says "net calories" ?
Its been three weeks now and the scale hasn't dipped one bit. Just started my ToM, so I'm guessing that's a teeny bit responsible, but im not sure.

MFP has a calorie deficit built into your daily goal already, before exercise....you should be looking at net calories, and they should be at or near goal. Too much under and you're leaving your body with very little fuel.
And yes, TOM will jack with your weight and your head if you let it - totally normal for me to go up as much as 5lbs during that week, so don't let it bug ya. It will drop back off when TOM departs.0
