Hey friends, what's up! :flowerforyou:

Just started counting calories again because I have hit a plateau and it's time for a challenge.

I'm weighing in just below 145, and I'm 5'7"
Im a full time college student and im serious about getting fit, and staying fit. I'm doing this as a LIFESTYLE change. Grew up around a lot of southern cooking, haha. I used to struggle with a lot of weight issues, weight fluctuation, and unhealthy food choices. I'll admit, I still struggle with junk food. But I'm getting better, and I've learned allot over the years about my body type and healthy eating habits. I exercise or at least try to 4 to 5 times a week, at the least 3 times a week.

If you need support, or possibly you have a similar situation or body type. Please add me!

However... I'm only looking for serious determined MFP's. People who aren't going to just quit. Because I'm not going quit, and I most certainly won't let my friends quit.
