Hello everyone!

I've just got back from a two week holiday visiting my gorgeous fiance in Egypt and although I told myself I would be really good whilst away the opposite occured! Has anyone else been on holiday and broken their diet? If so, please list your ''confessions'' here- I need solidarity! SOME of my confessions include kfc, chocolate, heavy egyptian food, a meal from cook door (a fastfood restaurant), chocolate milkshakes (yes, plural), chocolate cake........................ xxx

Well....I am leaving for my vacation in Vegas on Sunday..and I confess that I plan to drink lots & eat what ever the heck I want. Hopefully I will burn it off walking up & down the strip in the blazing sun

That's the holiday spirit!!!! Hope you have a lovely time! I swam quite a lot whilst I was away my theory being that if I swam every day I could eat whatever I wanted... and as my above list illustrates I really fulfilled that objective. x

Nothing recent but about 10 years ago I went to London for 2 weeks. I ate Burger King for breakfast, McDonal'ds for lunch and one of the 2 for dinner...EVERYDAY! Until.... day 5, my face felt like grease and was completely having a meltdown. Plus I had no energy to walk the streets. From that point on I hit a local grocery store and stocked up. Ugh, never again will I go unprepared like that. It was awful.

Everytime I visit my grandmothers house, she makes it her duty to "put some meat on my bones" AKA lets stuff as much food into Virginia as possible! We had a visit last weekend, and Maw maw made her famous pork roast...needless to say, I avoided the scale for quite awhile....

lol, my grandma's like that as well- when I went on a diet and went to her house for dinner she said she'd made me a nice healthy meal... a meat and potato pasty with roast potatoes and veg..... hmm x
