Hellos!

I had been here on MFP for a while now but I never really posted at the forums. Thought I start doing so now to get to know some people and so forth :)

My name's Jen and I'm currently working on going down to 125-130 lbs; I'm at about 145 right now. This journey has been a bit annoying... plenty of ups and downs, I'm trying my very best to be consistent with eating right and working out. Would be awesome to finally make it a lifestyle for myself even after I've reached my weight goal and whatnot.

I've definitely found MFP extremely helpful when keeping track of what I eat and how hard I'm working out each week.

I guess that's all :)
