I eat the kids left overs. I snack on rubbish food at work. I excuse my terrible habits because of my shifts. I excuse the fact I don't excercise because I have kids., and because I work night shifts. I find it hard to cook meals that the kids will enjoy that will also be healthy for me. I'm fed up of making excuses, I am ready to change. Please kick my butt and get me into shape.
