Hey guys!

Well I'm not exactly new here. I've been on MFP for a couple of months now but have never once actually posted... not quite sure why, to be honest. But I've read and learned SO much, and to call this site 'helpful' would be a huge understatement. Everyone on here is so supportive and I can't imagine a better place for people who are striving to reach their fitness goals.

When I joined MFP a few months ago I was aiming to lose those last stubborn 15 lbs. Along the way, let's just say life kinda threw me a curveball - my diet took a hit, workout schedule suffered, I got lazy and gradually stopped visiting this site. Fortunately I didn't gain anything and maintained my weight. Now I'm looking to start right where I left off and I can't think of a better way than to jump in with both feet. :)

    hi i"m liz i cant wait untill i only have 15 pound to lose i hope its fast ,but good luck they say that the last 20 pounds are the hardest maybe if i hit those exercise dvd we can cross the fini:laugh: sh line together

    Thanks guys! I'm glad to be back, although I have to admit it is more fun to be interactive rather than just sitting back and reading the forums. :)

    And Liz, don't worry, I found that once you stick to a diet and exercise regimen the weight comes off surprisingly fast. I just wish these last pounds were as easy to get rid of, sigh. Just keep working hard and I'm sure we'll be able to reach our goals!!
