    Lets help each other. Like you I am 5'1 and 208. I start lose weight and then gain it back. I am an emotional eater and sometimes can not control my urges. I will be sending you a friend request!!

    I'm 19 at 205. I hate it so bad, and my journey starts tomorrow. I tend to eat when I shouldn't also. Mainly in the middle of the night. They call them midnight cravings... they're the worst. And I eat TONS!! But then hate myself the next morning. It'd be awesome to have a partner(s) during this. Also about to try the Insanity also... WOO!!:ohwell:

    I am just starting my journey. I am 5'5" and 195 pounds. I feel the pain from the weight each day. I don't want to get diabetes like my day or have a stroke so this journey is important to be successful. I would be happy to have a friend who gets it and I can help stay on track.
