So I am in the process of packing, and I have sooo many old clothes that DONT FIT!!! Should I keep these? Im so bummed that I used to be able to wear this stuff aand now I cant

I would probably keep my favorites, give the rest away and try really hard to get back into them. It might even motivate you0

I agree with the previous post, go through the clothes and keep your favorites that you really want to tit in again. It will be great motivation.0

Are they clothes that don't fit...too big or too small? I personally go through my closet once and year and get rid of anything that doesn't fit. I have all size 12 now, so when I lose enough to wear a size 10 or 8. I get to buy all new clothes. Yeah Me!!!0

mine re too small...thats why I am trying to lose..but havent lost much of anything yet. Like, a lot of my old jeanss are size 12 or 14, but now im a 16. So a few of the 12 I got rid of, but Im keeping the 14's, because I was in them a yr ago, Ill get back in them this yr I hope!0

I would keep the old clothes for motivation if nothing else. Once you get down to that size again then you can decide what to do with them and you can get rid of the bigger clothes... just keep working at it you will lose the weight you want to.0
