I am just getting into the swing of the program and hopeful it will help me reach my goals. At 58, my goals are to put on muscle, lose a little weight, and get into shape. Here's to hard work and good luck to all of us.

Welcome, I think you will find lots of help here. Its never too late to start. How much you accomplish is totally up to you! I'm 55 and I believe in my ability to reach my goals. Of course my goals are not those of a 20 year old. But after taking it slowly and building my strength, I know what I can do, and you will find that too, if you are truly serious. Just pace yourself, so you don't get too sore or too hungry. We all must crawl before we walk, and walk before we run. Be gentle and respect your body! Best of luck to you on your journey!0

Hello, I have stepped up my fitness over the last year. I will turn 60 before the end of this month. By using strength training along with various cardio routines I have reduced my body fat, while gaining lean muscle. Feel free to friend me.0
