How it is possible to have lost 45 pounds and look different. But not have lost any inches, I still wear the same pant size and a slightly smaller shirt size,
Is there anything if can do to lose more inches?
Also random question..........why do I yawn when I work out?

Hi
First of all, Congratulations on the 45 pounds lost. You should be proud of your achievement. This should go to the "Success story" section of the message board.
Second, I had a quick reading at your diary. My suggestion would be to start replacing some of your time dedicated to cardio with weight lifting. Also increasing your protein intake.
Losing body fat is a very slow process. Please do not expect fast results.
Check MFP boards for weightlifting. There are several and one of them may appeal to your interest.
Good luck in your journey0
