hit a snag on the weight loss road

I have lost 4kg in 9 weeks (slow I know), but for some reason cannot seem to get any further. I have mixed up my food, exercised more and am now at a bit of a loss - I feel like my body is resisting any attempt to lose weight. The last 2-3 weeks have seen me unable to shed even 100g.

Any ideas????
