October 31.Halloween!!!!!!! 7 miles for a grand total of 174 miles logged!!!!! This an awesome feeling. my knees do not hurt . my calves do not have shin splints.. my ankles do not hurt. This was a great schedule to keep with the last two weeks. ....switching to a 3 day split. Gonna try agin for the month of November!!!0
