Few questions about MFP

Hi there. My coach has put me on a nutrition plan where I follow macronutrients. I found a couple of issues when tracking this and you can view my food diary to see what I mean.
First problem is that I cant set my macronutrients to spot on what I want. it wont fall correctly on the numbers I want. Is there a way to enter your carbs fats and proteins manually?
Next problem is he has me dropping my carbs by 50 grams on non training days. Can I schedule it so that the values change day by day? like a calendar.
Any help appreciated! Thanks

You can adjust your macros manuallly : Click Tab My Home / Sub tab Goals / Change goals, then custom and continue, from there you will be able to change your calorie intake, macros, etc... all manually.
There is no point in changing your macros and calories intake on non training days. That would be too complicated and i don't recommend anyone to do microtracking. Keep the same macros and calories into all week round.0
