Hi Guys :)
I have a question about protein powders. I've read on here that a lot of people use them in their diets to lose weight, but should I be using them if I'm already reaching my daily protein goal?
Thanks so much!

I use them because I have a hard time reaching my daily goal. I wouldn't think you need any since you seem to get enough through diet. The lean protein takes longer to digest thus keeping you feeling full longer leading you to eat less and lose weight.

I use a soy protein powder because I'm iron deficient anemic and soy has a high amount of iron in it. But as long as your meeting your nutritional needs with your regular diet, you don't really need it, it may just be extra calories.
