Hello lovely people
My friend introduced me to this website last night, and I thought it looked pretty fancy so I decided to join. I used to be a member of Weight Watchers but I left when I hit my goal weight. Since starting (and now graduating) from University my weight has stayed relatively near my goal weight....except for the year when I was in Germany and I ballooned nearly back up to how I was, blame the beer, sausage and pretzls! However I have never been able to get back to exactly how I was, and now that I am a bit more of a sporty person I'd like to lose just that little bit more.
Hopefully this site will give me the push to do that. Ideally I only want to lose about a stone, stone and a half, so I know it's going to take quite a bit of time for it to eventually go. One thing I have learnt after today is that I shall not be drinking Vimto cordial again, the amount of sugars in it are ridiculous! I guess it's not just those calories I should be watching.

You'll get there.. Focus, eat right, drink loads of water watch the calories(no german goodies) exercise the pounds wil shift0
