Hi there

I've recently bought and read from front to back the "Sane and Simple Nutrition" (and additional 8 week strength training 'manual') and have found it to be very interesting and appears to be super easy to follow (if you can get your head around some of the concepts which are not really related to what you eat as such....)

But I digress..

Has anyone else read this book/article/document and stuck to the "regime" and had what kind of results? If you have, any recipes you would suggest. I love to cook, but can be a little unimaginative at times - especially when trying to eat the types of foods I should be eating; I almost have a mental block and get stuck in the mindset of chicken, brown rice and broccoli which, whilst tasty some of the time can taste of cardboard if you don't really want to eat it.

I've had a search of Skinny Taste and jotted some recipes down but a lot of the ingredients aren't always "real food" as Nia puts it in her book/article/document.

Any help would be greatly appreciated with recipes and stories of anyone's experience.

I did a search of Nia Shanks and all that came up was her lifting programmes and *tried* to search "sane and simple nutrition" to no avail - apparently you type the word "and" and that is all it searches!

Thanks so much
Aimee

tl;dr - have you read/stuck to sane and simple nutrition? If so, any recipes or experiences you wanna share?
