working out while wounded?

ok..not really wounded. but i have some seeeeeeerious scrapes on my legs in very sensitive spots that hurt often with just normal movement. are there specific workouts that wouldn't hurt? has anyone had this problem?

If it doesnt hurt to walk, try that. Kinda hard to determine since we're not sure the injury to say. If its the actual scrape that hurts like the scabbing, try lubricating it with some coca butter or shea butter. You can also do hand weights if you have them. Hope you heal up fast!0

thanks, i have road rash on my upper thighs. so squatting and lunging cracks the scabs (gross i know) and the healing process starts all over. very irritating. i took my puppy on a walk last night, and that didn't seem to upset my wound, but i need to get more exercise in!0 -
LOL hun thats ok. Ok yeah, I kinda thought that might be it, the scabbing. Try aloe vera to hydrate the skin around it and then moisturize it with the shea or cocoa butter. Also, use a antibiotic cream if it looks gross! LOL oh n remember Slow n Steady wins the race0
