Maybe like weight loss, changing the habit of *not* blogging into a positive aspect will help keep you motivated and interested, at least that's my theory, lol. Good luck to you!0

Hello & Congrats on the 10 lbs!!!! I don't "blog" but I do use the message boards, which I had never really gotten into before this site. On some weight-loss websites that I have been on people have been so rude & mean on the message boards but I have only had positive experiences with everyone here. . not saying that sometimes people won't state their opinions, but that is their right & that is fine! I have also been tracking all my food & exercise in the diary and that has helped me so much already (I've been here for about 2 weeks now). I've just found the more involved I am and the more positive people I surround myself with, both here & in "real-life", the more likely I am to succeed. Wishing you much success on this journey. . .I know you can reach all of your goals!!0

OK....don't look at as blogging.....look at it as encouraging and supporting others in their weight loss journey. I have gotten such joy in helping others in their weight loss and have made it my mission to help at least 3 others each day on these message boards. You're a teacher for Christ's sake.....you're use to helping little people.....help big people now. God bless you!! :flowerforyou:0

Sherry, you're absolutely right about the motivational value...how do I know? *You* inspired me. Your post on my intro was kind and really supportive, and I didn't even realize how much it means to hear those words. Getting really involved seems like the way to go here.

English...Come on, you can do it! I have been on other sites, never posted, and drifted away. Give it a shot and commit to posting every day, and maybe you'll find the payback is well worth the effort. I look forward to hearing from you!0
