Who knew 2 crappy days would break my plateau

Maybe we can replace the "starvation mode" myth with the "mcdonalds and get hammered" myth at least the second will end up working for people that drink enough and wake up dehydrated even if only in the short term!
I wasn't advocating, merely relaying what happened- which I thought was funny.
No I thought it was funny too, I just wanted to make the point it made more sense than starvation mode in my eyes it has scientific reasoning and facts behind it, don't worry if it takes off I will share the commission, you can have the mcdonalds, I will take the beer!0 -
In the past, I broke plateaus (but not on purpose) by having ice cream, going out to eat and not caring what I ate, and having a day of lower calories (root canal once)
I might be odd, but if I deny myself what i normally eat, just not downsize, I don't lose or if I do, I gain it back when I do eat the cake, etc. It's like my body gets scared it's not getting any fat and holds onto it. : )
I can't eat pasta everyday or my old 2 helpings, but if I got stuck, it was always a higher cal or carb meal that helped me over.0
