Eat More 2 Weigh Less Workout, Any Thoughts?

I currently do cardio 3-4 days a week and BodyPump 2 days a week. I want to venture off and do less cardio and more weights. I looked around here and got to the eatmore2weighless website and found this 3 day workout.

Anyone try it before?

Do you think I could do Day 2 at 5AM on Wed and then do Day 3 on Thurs at 4pm? Would this be enough time in between? A Friday workout is hard with my schedule.

To find my starting weights, should I just experiment with different weights until I can't it is too heavy and then back off?
