MFP not syncing with Runtastic Pro properly

Hey.

I find that I have to basically copy in the exercises I do with Runtastic instead of it just syncing. It barely registers stuff from Rundouble either. What is with this? Atleast in rundouble there is an option to 'Send to My Fitness Pal', but in Runtastic I see no such thing. Help please.

    Are you using the browser or an app? I am not having any issues using the app as long as I complete all the steps to uploading the session.

    ETA: I am talking about Runtastic as I don't use the other one.

    I'm using the app on an s4 mini.. the session is definitely complete on runtastic. How do you go about uploading it?

    I use Runtastic (not the pro) and it uploads fine. Or it did yesterday. But the app itself has bogged down on me since I updated my iphone to the new iOS 7. If you can't get it to working, you can delete the app, reinstall it and try again. That will often help with issues. Hope you get it working :)

    Clicking the "done" button. Is it making it to your account and then not transferring over, or is it not even making it to your account? If it isn't making it from the app to the account, then go to the history page and hit refresh and sees if that does it. If it is making it up to the Runtastic account but then not transferring over, go into the browser and where it links to your mfp account, unlink and then relink it.
