I haven't been to this dentist in two years (because I lived elsewhere for a bit before returning to my hometown), but my hygienist still noticed my weight loss! She told me I was looking fabulous, and she loved my hair. 
It made me feel pretty good that it was significant enough for someone who hasn't seen me in so long to notice.
