low calorie fall treats anyone?

Anyone have any good ideas for fall time desserts semi low in calories? Thanksgiving is coming up and I don't want to give up dessert completely so I was thinking of making my own that was a little better than the general recipes or store bought desserts. Also ideas for low-cal thanksgiving dinners?

Meringue nests with greek yogurt and fruit - always the diet dessert in our house! Meringue nest is only 55cal!0

I made good pumpkin cookies-100 cal each and they taste nummy. Pumpkin cream cheese muffins aren't bad on calories either and they're great for breakfast.0

turkey is incredibly low-cal, and is tough to beat as far as the protein:calories ratio goes. nomnomnomnomnom
also, mashed potatoes are filled with energizing carbs and are super delicious!
crescent rolls are......we'll theyre just tasty, and a great vehicle for leftover smudges of gravy and sweet pertaters.
dont ruin the holidays....enjoy them!
make peace with the fact that you'll go over that day....and make up for it in the days leading up to and/or following.
hit the gym, eat all the foodz, and hit the gym some more....then have a turkey sandwich and a nap.0 -

Spice Cookies: Mix DRY spice cake mix with 1 regular size can of pumpkin and drop as cookies onto a cookie sheet. Delish....
Mix 1 regular size can of pumpkin and 1 container of sugar free Cool Whip. Mix and freeze for about 15-30 minutes until it gets chilled. Refrigerate leftover servings. If craving chocolate, ok to add a few chocolate chips in.0 -
