Getting back to losing weight!

I have used myfitnesspal in the past but then did weightwatchers for several years. I was at my goal weight for about a year and then slowly slid back into my old eating patterns and stopped tracking my food. Now I am ready to get back to my goal weight again and stay there. I have decided to make a commitment to myfitnesspal and see how it works for me. If anyone is wanting to add me as a friend just let me know.
