1 lb ground turkey or chicken, cooked
2 cups fresh tomatoes, diced and undrained
1 1/2 cup fresh onion, diced
1 cup fresh sweet corn off the cob
1 medium green pepper, diced
salt, pepper to taste
1 TB minced garlic
2 TB Worchestire Sauce
15 oz can tomato sauce
cooked rice

In skillet, saute onion, corn, pepper in water until tender. Add salt, pepper, garlic, Worchestire sauce, cook 2-3 minutes. Add cooked meat and tomato sauce. Simmer 10 minutes. Serve over cooked rice. Shredded chedder cheese is also good on top

I just made this tonight, and below are the nutritional values the recipe builder gave me:

    Cals 359
    Carbs 48
    Fat 9
    Prot 25
    Sug 11
    Sod 133

This was based on 6 servings per recipe. This makes A LOT, though, so you could maybe get more servings out of it. I used no salt added tomato sauce, skipped the added salt, and added 1/2 cup of red bell pepper in addition to the green pepper. It's pretty good, but mine was a little bland since it had no salt. When I reheat it, I may add a little garlic salt. I served it over brown rice, and that's included in the numbers, based on about 3 cups of cooked rice. I also used 20 ounces of ground turkey instead of the pound.
