I feel robbed! My trainer used to ALWAYS spot me on chest presses, and not ONCE did he do it like that :sad:0 -
Maybe hes not LOL . Might be doing every thing right depending what the goal is . Plenty of people at my gym i would spot like that.. Im always up for learning new tricks0
