I feel better about my eyeballing ability after weighing ingredients today and finding I was under rather than over estimating. Yippee!
I wouldn't have bought this scale, but my mom had one tucked into her cabinet and, when I cleaned out her house to use as a rental, there it was: lovely, practically unused, and calling my name.

I just recently bought myself one too
I love it, just like you, I was estimating lower than what it was. I would tell myself that the piece of chicken I was about to enjoy was def 4 oz. Turns out it was two, its good to see the portion go up!
Good luck!0 -
Hmmm. I bought one a couple of week ago. Now I can't lowball my meat and chicken portions anymore but I'm still glad I bought it.0
