    My burns aren't impressive, and I've only lost less than a half lb in two full weeks of my new program, lol. BUT I've lost 4.5 inches where I measure. Not bad for 2 weeks! I can see the loss, too, in my upper abs-waist area.

    is that mfp values or heart rate monitor? mfp over estimates to much I am 220lbs now and my heart rate monitor says 45 min at 5mph I only get 350 calories on the treadmill while mfp says 612 so I don't trust the calculations

    I manually input my calories, I just override whatever MFP says. I also found that MFP overestimates calories burned and that is so detrimental to weight loss!! I just use my HRM.
