im back! need new support system!

Ive been away for about 2 months doing this on my own. Ive been doing good, however i need to control my food portions:


Hi guys,

I'm sorry I have been away for so long I've been trying this on my own for a while and I will say I have been happier eating healthy and excsering 4-5 times a week and have lost weight when using this i use to go for low cal snacks instead of healthy and i dont want that, i have upped my calories.

But I think it's time to come back as I need to control how much I eat, plus I've just been camping all weekend and feel like crap, and of corse I miss all you lovely people! While I have been off I have been researching and reaching all about food and training. Also just finished Michelle bridges your best body

I want to return for a few reasons:
❤ People on this site are 100% real ! Unlike IG etc photoshopped everyone here are normal people with realistic goals and I love that!
???? I do(an please don't judge) smoke joints. Which means a lot of the time it's hard to control my food portions. I do want to cut down aswel
????The lifestyle I have chosen is clean eating.
????I want to quit smoking. I have been told I have an inflamed liver I did abuse my body a lot with alcohol when I was younger. I haven't had a drink in two months. I'm only 20 I want to start now and grow up healthy.
❤Last but not least! I miss all you lovely people and your support. And I will be here to support you 100%
